Wade’s Oils

All products, Supplements

Wades oils may help to keep your cells flexible, your skin with that silky feeling, and achieve better inner cellular health.

Are edible oils a form of fat?

All dietary oils are actually fats that appear in liquid form.

What are “Good Fats”?

So-called “good fats” are unsaturated, high in omega-3 AND that have not been contaminated with other harmful chemicals that dissolve in them*. And are also fats that have not been heated so much that it changes their structure.

*These contaminants are mainly plastic and petroleum derived, industrial and agricultural chemicals such as cleaning products, pesticides and herbicides, some of which have been linked to Alzheimer’s disease.

Unsaturated fats are far more easily damaged by heat and as such, should not be consumed.

Why supplement your diet with fat?

The reason why is that most Australian diets are essentially deficient in good fats, as described on this link.

50% of your fats need to comprise omega-3 oils*. These can came from plants as well as fish.

What’s special about Phil’s Oil?

Tasty, nutty flavour – AND – clearer thinking!

Our oil is a tasty blend of chemically free and organic oils derived from seeds and nuts. Do you know that, according to recent research conducted by Dr Felice Jacka of the Food and Mood centre, dietary deficiencies of essential fats may contribute to brain disorders and depression? So, by adding two tablespoonsful of this blend to your diet daily, it may also be part of the answer to helping to relieve your fuzzy thinking and depression.

Balance your fats to 30% of total energy intake.

Firstly, your excess body fat may gradually reduce if you achieve the correct ratio.*

Best ratio of omega-3

And the Nutrition Almanac says that the Average Australian is obtaining around 1% of their fats as omega-3, whereas the optimum has been variously estimated at between 25% and 50% of total fats – probably 30% of total fats is a good target.

How many cells did you say?

Why? Because eighty percent of each of your 50 trillion cell membranes in your body is composed of fat and 20% protein.

Fifty percent of those fats should be ideally omega-3 fats. (Metagenics International Conference 2007, 2015, Gold Coast).

Cells respirate better

Secondly, my cellular respiration may become healthier. And that makes me healthier. (My total blood emega-3 level is now a “perfect” 30% – the highest reading ever recorded by this particular testing group). Details available at 61 2 414 805 154.

Endurance improves also! What the…?

By the way, this also means that as an athlete, my endurance would improve if I increase a Wades-type blend the evening before a performance, according to more recent studies.

Healthier cholesterol too!

Your cholesterol may become healthier also with the better omega-3 levels! and your biomarker age may even come down. We have many case studies to support this statement, when the BIA descends slowly but surely over time.

At last – a near-perfect nutritional intake – daily.

This Oil when added to Phil’s Green Smoothi base, will then give you over 100 dietary elements that your body cannot make for itself.

And that means to you that, when taken regularly, you finally may have a fighting chance of remaining healthy throughout your life.

Can heating these oils be harmful?

Yes. According to research, heating omega-3 oils increases the chance of contamination by harmful, oxygen free radicles.** Phil’s Oils should only be taken in Phil’s Green Smoothi or added to salad dressing. Never heated.

For those on the run, you may also take the Phil’s Oils straight off the spoon – but always after food.

Digesting the oil

You may have trouble assimilating the oil if your liver and gallbladder are challenged by EBV or other infection or some other reason. In this case, simply either add it to the powder of Wade’s Green Smoothi or Supasmoothi base and stir it slowly but well into the water or else take lecithin capsules or granules with the oil, and that allows the fat to be absorbed in the gut.
